The Complete Doula Birth Package provides personalized, holistic care for pregnancy through postpartum. You and your entire birth support village will receive essential prenatal guidance to prepare for labor and postpartum; you'll receive ongoing emotional and physical support during labor and continuous assistance after delivery. After birth, I help with a smooth transition by offering visits through, at least, 6 weeks, focusing on your recovery, baby care, and overall family well-being- including mental health screenings at every visit.
